Batch 5-Roof/Steel supply and installation for thirteen multi-storey carparks

Construction, addition, alteration, refurbishment, completion and maintenance thirteen (13) multi-storey carparks (MSCPs) comprises new roof shelters and new lift shaft including demolition of existing structures, piling works, slab, parapet walls, steps, ramps, kerbs, surface drains, doors, fixtures, finishes, lift shafts, staircases, new roof shelters at roof decks, signage, RC bollards, painting works, re-painting to all carpark lines at roof decks, relocation of carpark/motorcycle lots, modifications of lightning protection system, associated mechanical and electrical works.
